Located in a prime upscale area right by the sea, this relatively modern building felt dated and needed that luxury & open space touch. Through constant communication with our clients, we delivered exactly what they envisioned – a stunning vacation retreat with high-quality finishes that feels brand new!
We stripped it back to bare walls and handled every detail: full demolition, plumbing and electrical upgrades, modern wood-look flooring, premium matte green light- paint, recessed LED lighting, a sleek walk-in shower bathroom with grey tiles and matte black fixtures, plus a stylish handleless kitchen in white and grey – elevated with a stunning minimalist marble backsplash featuring subtle gold nugget accents for that extra touch of luxury.
Other changes include expanding the guest bedroom by moving a wall to accommodate a queen bed. In addition, both bathrooms were upgraded with new showers, modern vanities, fresh tiling, and thoughtful fixture rearrangements—for example, relocating the toilet and adding double vanities in the master bathroom. Moreover, the master bedroom entrance was optimized to improve circulation and accessibility. Altogether, these enhancements not only modernize the layout but also significantly improve everyday comfort and functionality throughout the apartment.

Starting from Scratch – The Vision
Although the apartment was not particularly old, it still felt dark and dated. As a result, it lacked a modern design identity. Therefore, a full renovation was necessary to create a brighter, more contemporary living space. At the same time, the redesign improved room connections. Consequently, natural light now flows freely, making the apartment feel more open and inviting. Walls, floors, kitchen, bathroom – everything was crying out for a complete reset. Our clients dreamed of a clean, contemporary space with open functionality, abundant natural light, and high-quality modern materials – and that’s exactly what we delivered.
The standout feature is the large balcony, offering panoramic views of the bay, a rock island, the town, and surrounding mountains. Furthermore, adjustable canvas shades provide comfort and privacy, making it spectacular both day and night. As a result, this outdoor space complements the interior transformation and enhances the overall living experience.

We began by:
– Taking down the main unnecessary partition wall in the first room and incorporate it into the living room
– Removing old floor tiles and worn-out laminate
– Stripping the bathroom and kitchen to their skeletons
– Preparing plumbing and electrical for upgrades

Here’s what we did, step-by-step:
Walls & Ceilings:
– To create open, flowing spaces, walls were strategically removed, enhancing connectivity and allowing natural light to permeate the apartment.
– Ceilings and walls were meticulously smoothed, textured finishes eliminated, and surfaces expertly prepared for painting, ensuring a pristine, modern finish.
Flooring:
– Floors were re-leveled and upgraded with modern wood-look laminate, providing durability and a refined finish.
– Complementing the new flooring, walls and ceilings were smoothed and prepped, creating a cohesive and polished look.
Painting:
– Premium-quality white matte paint was meticulously applied throughout, delivering pristine coverage, enduring durability, and a contemporary finish.
– Feature zones received two coats of soft light-green paint, introducing refined elegance, depth, and harmonious visual flow.
Electrical & Fixtures:
– Obsolete outlets and switches were replaced with streamlined, modern SIMON designs, thereby elevating both functionality and style.
– LED ceiling lights and contemporary fixtures were installed, brightening key areas while highlighting architectural details. Consequently, the lighting scheme improved both ambiance and usability.
– All wiring was discreetly concealed within walls and ceilings, providing a minimalist, clutter-free appearance.
